Maggie Davis helped me appear more professional and styled which really helped me when communicating with clients. She made the entire experience enjoyable and not make it feel awkward or uncomfortable as some other “professional clothier” places do. The fits were great! My wife loved the new business attire and it helped me stand out at meetings, network events, and online! Custom Tailored clothes definitely makes me feel more confident in any business setting. The company is great, but definitely request to work with Maggie because she always goes the extra mile and for the first time actually made me enjoy buying clothes.

I was most pleased with my time with Doug. I was introduced to him by my father, who has been a client of Doug's since I can recall from childhood. Doug graciously facilitated the sale of multiple suits & dress shirts that my dad gifted to me for my 40th birthday. He carefully reviewed the selections and provided helpful perspective as I was making my final selections. As I am a Tom James customer and work with the San Francisco sales team, Doug spoke highly of the staff and did the diligence of acquiring the particulars of my measurements and other tailoring specifics to then review against his measurements to ensure we placed an order with great precision of any changes that may be warranted. I am incredibly thankful for Doug facilitating this gesture on my behalf of my dad -- and reinforcing my continued patronage of Tom James as a customer myself.

Steve Gray is one of the best service oriented sales guys I know. Through the Tom James Company, he has provided me with many suits and casual clothes over the years. The TJ company offers quality clothing at many different levels and styles...but Steve's professionalism is the icing on the cake. It speaks of trust, high quality, and total customer satisfaction. This is your run of the mill clothing...but clothing that cost more...but delivers for many years. Recently needed to new suit...and didn't hesitate to call Steve.
