Pretty poor experience . Very confusing interface, difficult to use, impossible to speak to a human. Was on hold over half a hour. They got every single one of our sizes wrong. Despite getting measured and submitting sizes, every single piece fit poorly for all 5 of us and we all had to request replacement sizes. We even paid for overnight shipping and they delivered one of the tuxes AFTER the wedding. Talk about an awful wedding experience. Would not recommended. Don’t trust their sizes or recommendations AT ALL under ANY circumstances.

They're very convenient, but the quality is poor.

This location in particular is very busy. With two people measuring customers all day, arriving early does not help, even on a weekday. The sample suits that I tried on were falling apart. Buttons were missing, and there were tears. They didn't have a suit in my size, but told me to imagine it would be same by trying on something similar in the same size.

Bought an entire tuxedo. They had only like 3 styles, and only some color selections. I also bought a belt, but wasn't warned that a belt would not be needed as the tuxedo pants are adjustable. During the fitting no one warned me that the clothing would have a tag on it that invalidates returning if the tag is taken off. None of the e-mails warned that either. Only the tag itself that isn't removable unless you cut it off. So you'll have to try on the outfit with a bunch of tags hanging out.

The adjustable pants that I mentioned earlier, well the waist adjustment broke. I had to use pliers to bend the metal back into place. Quality was shoddy.

The shoes selection is poor. The shoes are not comfortable. Pick shoes from somewhere else.

I wanted a vest, but they had none available for purchase.

They were very convenient, so I know a lot of men out there just want convenience. So if you want something done quick and on time, they will have it done. However, if you're gearing up for your big day, you can find better quality elsewhere.

Showed up to rent suits waited for 15 minutes nobody showed up. Easy way to lose business to men’s warehouse down the street. Don’t waste your money at this dump!

I would like to report that my brother, my son, and myself came to Nordstrom‘s Black Tux section to get fitted for my brother’s wedding. We were visibly browsing in the Black Tux section with several Nordstrom employees around us, but none of them took the time to see if we needed help or even to greet us. After about 15 minutes Finally one of their employees asked if we needed help. We found out that we could only be fitted by appointment, which was not clear on their website. We did not end up staying here due to the poor customer service. We did end up going to another well appointed establishment a few miles away that received our business and was very, very helpful. I would not recommend this place.

This was not a great experience. My friend and I drove from Orlando and Sarasota, respectively, to meet here and get his measurements / order a tux for my wedding in November (he's a part of the bridal party). My friend has had some struggles with weight and body image and we repeatedly asked for measurements to not be said out loud and overall, he and I were very clearly trying to make light of what was obviously an uncomfortable situation for him. The woman who took the measurements was nice enough, but kept putting him in clothes either way too big and baggy or too small for him. She said some of his measurements and then at the end, informed us that actually, they wouldn't be able to alter the pieces as much as he would need them to. He needed 4" off the sleeves, they can do only 3". He needed 3" off the pants, they can only do 2". I don't know tuxes so we figured, worst case, we pin it and he ordered the tux. I had a bad feeling all day and called my dad who informed me he has rented tuxes several times and he has NEVER been told they wouldn't alter to fit. I then went home and read more reviews and promptly told my friend to cancel his order and we'd find him a tux elsewhere, even if it meant buying a custom suit. I don't any of this was intentional, but don't we all know by now that size inclusivity is a thing, and men can have body image struggles, too? I would not recommend.

Trying on in person was the way to go to make sure things fit properly for the big event! Angelo was very helpful and friendly during my fitting. I would highly recommend the black tux for their ease of use and attention to detail!

Great experience! Made appointment, showed up and it took about 30 minutes. Angelo was excellent, very knowledgeable, provided good advice and made the experience simple and easy. The biggest plus was the quality, a step above the normal rental places, quality is significantly better!
