I would give it a 0 if I could. I had a walk-in appointment. Everything was great. I spent about 2 hours, and I ordered 3 suits. They never called when the suits came in… I had to chase them down, when I did come in, NONE of my suits fit at all… like 3 sizes to small. The employee sheepishly said the guy who did my suits doesn't work here anymore. The manager didn't even come over to apologize. . I had to reach out to customer support for them to be proactive and even then it was a mess.

I had a very disappointing experience at SuitSupply today. I booked an appointment at 3 PM for an initial consultation, expecting a professional and seamless experience. However, the associate who was supposed to assist me was not only 5 minutes late but also completely unprepared to give us her full attention.

She was still dealing with a previous customer when she finally received us, holding that customer on pause. While she was rushing through the introduction, her attitude was unpleasant and dismissive—she didn’t bother introducing the service or explaining anything in detail. Instead, she bluntly asked what I wanted, as though I were inconveniencing her. To make matters worse, after just 5 minutes, she told me to wait because she had to return to the former customer. After I waited for another 10 minutes, another sales person in the store told us she wouldn't have time today so we'd better book another time.

This entire experience was a chaotic, disrespectful waste of time. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was shocking.

A bit of a rough start yesterday with a rather impolite woman on the front counter who told us there were no appointments available that day and we would have to wait at least an hour to see someone. She proceeded to tell us there were no appointments for the following day either. So imagine my surprise when I was able to secure an appointment online for noon.

We arrived at noon and they accommodated us with a friendly and very knowledgeable sales person (Nafi) who helped us purchase a couple of suits, some sweaters and some shoes. The prices were reasonable and the advice invaluable.

Great choice of diffierent cuts, cloth and sizes. Thoroughly recommend this place.

My husband and I needed suits for our upcoming wedding. We booked an appointment with Nafi, to consult with both of us at the same time. Nafi is superb, he made sure both my husband and I were taken care of and happy with our custom suits. He took the time to explain fabrics, cut options, styling, and all the little nuances to craft our perfect suits.

My husband’s custom order came in and looked perfect, gorgeous thanks to Nafi’s meticulous measurements and style guidance. My custom order came in and was just ever so slightly off but with no hesitation Nafi declared he was going to have it remade for me to ensure I had the perfect suit for our wedding. I don’t think I’ve ever had a more pleasant shopping experience. Truly happy we worked with Nafi, I highly recommend him!

Bought a suit at Suit Supply Santana Row for a cocktail wedding. Had an appointment with Jonathan and he was simply fantastic. His communication is excellent, and he ensures that your suit looks perfect. He helped me with a custom, tailored suit. Through the entire measurement process, Jonathan was efficient, communicated clearly and had a complete mastery of suits! The guy is simply phenomenal.
When the tailored suit was ready in a few weeks, I returned to do a try on, and the suit was simply perfect. It was tailored to perfection, and from color to style, the result was thanks to Jonathan’s excellent input. Simply superb customer service, and I for one will be a repeat customer.
