I've been to this salon several times and except the first time, I always left disappointed. Yet, I came back again and again hoping that we will work things out. I was simply asking partial highlights avoiding brass tones. Last time I was there, she did a horrible job like disaster. I was promised to be fix my hair few days after. And I found out that they refunded my money the day after. No talking, no apologizing, nothing.

This situation literally affected me mentally. I couldn't processed about what happened for few days. Blocking me completely from the Stotts Atelier website is not cool and definitely not professional!! I'm unable to book anybody there.
Who does that What kind of hair salon is that? Obviously, the owner was also aware of this situation. You guys blocked me before talking to me. You did not even bother to give an explanation until I called.

I simply asked for no orange, brass tones, yet Michelle weren't able to deliver many times. She said I don't see it, that is the problem! She said the light is pretty harsh, your hair is wet, it's been a while etc etc. She could have just said we will fix this, no problem. LOOK AT THESE PICTURES!! How can you not see it? These pictures were taken the next day. I had to use this hair for my daughter's birthday party!!

This was never about the money, never. I wish she simply told me you need this or that. She made me feel guilty asking for what I want the whole time, every time i was there. I enjoyed her company but she didn't handle it professionally when i asked something about my hair and her whole attitude changed. Hair cut was also unprofessional, nothing special. Stop and look at these pictures again before booking.

Got my hair done with Lauren and she is a goddess!! She listened exactly to what I wanted done and she delivered! As for the salon, it's truly the cleanest and I felt so safe being here. Everyone followed the CDC guidelines and I can't wait to come back!!

Chanel is absolutely amazing! She did a color correction and now my hair looks just the way I had hoped. Chanel also cut my hair in the perfectly flattering way. If you want a hair specialist that you do not have to worry about and can feel comfortable you are going to look your best, go to Chanel!!

This is place is wonderful! I got an amazing cut from Carrie and color from Sean. I have not had my hair done since before March and to be honest, I was nervous about going out, but Stotts Atelier was amazing. They are doing everything they are supposed to do during this time, masks, sanitizing, distancing! I felt so comfortable and safe there.

This salon is absolutely gorgeous. Carrie cuts my hair and the amount of detail she puts into my hair makes it last forever. Sean does my color and always suggests something slightly new to keep me from getting bored and up with the trends. The salon is inviting, clean and the whole team is extremely friendly. 5 stars!

So disappointed with my hair cut from Carrie. Went in with photos explained in detail how i desired a long layered shaggy look and ended up leaving with a uneven medium length straight, blunt cut Bob much shorter than I had hoped:(
At $145 a good stylist once the hair has been styled dry should at least check the cut to make sure it’s even…

Loved my first visit to Stotts Atelier! The salon is so cute and clean. Lauren Fuller was my stylist and she is absolutely amazing. Not only did she do exactly what I was wanting, but also offered her professional advice on how to keep my hair healthy. Highly recommend Lauren and anyone else at Stotts Atelier!

I've been getting my hair cut by Carrie for 10+ years. Every single time I leave her chair I feel renewed. Her attention to detail and dedication to her craft is unlike anything else I've experienced in the industry. I'm always so satisfied with the grow out process as well. Perfectly layered every time. Whether it's a short cut or a long trim, I always leave a happy client. Sean has been coloring my hair for over 6 years. I'm always so excited to see what magic he creates with my hair. I'm extremely low maintenance when it comes to my color and he does a wonderful job covering my grays and making the grow out process seamless. I am ada client and appreciate their commitment and passion for their craft. Their new space is so beautiful, and I can't wait to visit!
