When it comes to the product, they have good quality shirts.

Where they fail is in customer service and timely delivery of product. There are new staff that do not know how to communicate well on status and must run everything through Lucas, the store leader.

I’ve known Lucas for a number of years, and does not have integrity - will promise one thing, and then fall short in the execution. He has admitted this too and has apologized before, but the pattern continues. Impossible to get a hold of as well. Once you become a customer, he moves on to the next thing, and hands you off to others who do not have details.

Overall, I would not recommend shopping here due to the subpar shopping experience, especially for the price point.

Let me start by saying I have never been treated so well by a company in my life. I bought a suit from Dillards for my wedding (dumb decision already) and was so underwhelmed by the quality. I came to Q Clothier and Rachel literally helped me get my money back from my Dillards purchase and I SAVED MONEY by purchasing a custom suit from Q Clothier. The quality difference between Q Clothier and any other suits I’ve owned is wildly different. Luke, Rachel and the rest of the OKC Q Clothier team have made this experience as close to perfect as it gets. I seriously won’t go anywhere else and I recommend you don’t go anywhere else too. Save yourself some trouble and shop here from the beginning!! Thank you Luke and Rachel for an amazing experience!

As a tall and slender guy who has has never had off-the-rack suits properly fit, I wanted to explore the custom suit route. I stumbled across Q Clothier and had an amazing experience purchasing my first custom suit. Rachel was wonderful to work with, guiding me through the entire process and offering some really great deals along the way. I wore the suit to a wedding and got so many compliments. Totally worth the investment!

I'll start by saying I visited several clothiers in the OKC area before finding Q Clothier. I had a specific color and fit in mind for my wedding and couldn't find anyone that seemed truly interested in bringing the vision to life. Enter Rachel at Q Clothier - From our first interaction she seemed excited to hear my ideas, had great sense of urgency without being pushy, and genuinely assisted me in getting everything I wanted as opposed to steering me to generic options. From fabric selection, to fit, to final product she made the process of a custom suit simple and fun. She has a great eye for design and made perfect suggestions to enhance what I wanted. The end product exceeded all expectations and is a suit I'll truly enjoy and cherish. Save yourself the time and energy and just start with Rachel at Q - You'll be glad you did.
