This is such a beautiful store which I expecting nestled next to Rodeo drive. It was my first dress appointment and I was lucky to have Tiffany as my stylist. She made the whole experience so fun and relaxing. She is so creative and kind and patient. I absolutely love her and she is the gem of Pronovias. I went to this location as I recommended it to my sister for her wedding. Tatiana made sure to provide the best experience of searching for a wedding gown. She provided more than seven dresses that my sister selected and she ended choosing the first one she tried on. Tatianna provided genuine and honest care. Pronovias Beverly Hills has been such an amazing experience since the start! As I searched for my wedding dress I went to three other bridal shop locations before saying yes to the dress at Pronovias! The style is so classic and perfect for my vision and the alterations department has been so lovely to work with. They literally make you feel like a princess and it's the most important moment of wedding planning in that moment!! I couldn't recommend them more!

This was my FIRST time trying on wedding dresses EVER and it was such a magical experience! I came in for the sample sale, but didn't end up seeing any dresses I liked. However, my stylist was Carmen and she was super sweet and knowledgeable. She brought a few other dresses for me to try and I ended up saying YES to the perfect one! It was an incredibly stress-free experience. Parking across the street (next to Erewhon) is free for 2 hours and the appointment fee of $50 applies to the balance. Praying that the alteration process goes just as smoothly next year! Thank you to Eddy, Carmen and the rest of the Pronovias team!

Had the best experience with Pronovias! Carmen was absolutely wonderful to work with and assisted me at two separate appointments. Though I ended up finding my dress somewhere else, Carmen's expertise helped me on my journey, and her welcoming energy made me feel comfortable enough to return and ultimately purchase the perfect veil from Pronovias. Special shoutout to Eddie as well for his additional help in getting my veil ready to go! From the elegant boutique to the knowledgeable staff, every moment was filled with joy and exceptional service. Words cannot express how AMAZING the staff is. Briannah (the store manager) and Tatyena (stylist) listened attentively to my desires and guided me through their stunning selection of gowns, ensuring that each dress fit my unique vision. I was looking for a dress that was high fashion, and dramatic... Boom there it was, they found it, my dream dress. Not only did I find the dream dress, but the designers (who were here from Italy) were in the store and personally took my measurements for a perfect fit. How amazing! I highly recommend Pronovias for a memorable and dream-like wedding dress shopping experience.
