I Lolita Kimble have had the most amazing experience at Mychelle’s Alterations. Her and her husband and even her daughter does an incredible job on everything. They made me the (bride) and all 10 bridesmaids & two flower girls look and feel phenomenal for my special day. Everyone made us feel like we were family when we came in for our fitting appointment. This place was the best experience I have ever had when dealing with alterations. If you are looking for a place to make you feel snatched and beautiful for your wedding day or any day this is the place you are looking for look no further. I had such an amazing experience getting my wedding dress altered at Mychelle's. It is such a nice space and I was able to bring my mom and maid of honor to my appointments. They clearly explained the different alteration and bustle options I had with my dress and answered all of my questions. They are a very organized team and were upfront about the cost of alterations and the purpose of each appointment. And they were super thorough and walked through step by step how to bustle my dress so my MOH knew what to do on wedding day. It was bit of a drive for me to go here, but was 100% worth it!

My was amazing to work with. Not only is she exceptionally technically speaking in her ability to tailor and take care of garments, she is professional, intelligent, flexible, and kind. She accommodated my unpredictable schedule and communicated with me in a way that put me at so much ease of how she was going to approach the tailoring of my wedding dress, which was in a way that was minimally disruptive to the design. It fit like a glove, and she was so patient and comprehensive in showing my mom how to do the bustling. I will be coming to Mychelle’s for all of my tailoring needs from now on!

I’m so happy that I got my wedding dress alterations here! My performed these alterations on my dress: hem, add a bustle, take waist and bust in, and sewing the leg slit more closed. All were done perfectly and I was really happy with how my dress turned out.

I’m quite busty and have a large difference between my bust and waist measurements, so there was quite a bit of fabric to be taken in at the waist. It was also a strapless dress, so it was quite important to me that the bodice fit well so that I wouldn’t be uncomfortable throughout my wedding. The final result was really great and I was really happy with my fit on my wedding day. I wore it the entire day, including to bars after the wedding, so it’s safe to say that it fit well and was comfortable! The bustle was also really well done. There was a lot of skirt on my dress and it stayed bustled perfectly. I’m including a picture of my dress at the final fitting, wedding day, and what it looked like bustled (since I was concerned about the bustle looking nice).

I also really appreciated how easy it was to book appointments and pay. Johnny made it very simple and was flexible with scheduling my next fitting appointments. Definitely recommend!

My Mychelle's experience was INCREDIBLE. She created my dramatic elopement sleeves from scratch, included a convertible beaded strap for the reception, and then perfectly molded my local reception laced, fitted gown in record time. She provided so much reassurance throughout the process that made me feel at-home and comfortable in every fitting. 10 out 10, would 100% recommend!

My dress did not need a lot of work, but the bustle and other alterations they made were beautifully done. It's nerve-wracking leaving your wedding dress somewhere, but you can trust the team here!!

Mychelle is incredibly talented! She made my wedding dress feel like my own by making sure it fit perfectly and adding a slit.
