I will not recommend and I will never buy from them again.
- I came in when my suit was ready and you acted like I was early
- prior you did not call when it was ready
- Then you did not pick up when I called five times through the week (for multiple times I had to come back for the tailoring).
- Your excuse was that you were busy and didn’t hear the phone, I doubt that. When I have been in there were maybe one or two people in that store other than myself.
- I expected it to need to be tailored, but I thought after the three time I had to have it adjusted it would have been sown better.
- A whole stitch is missing and another area is stitched poorly
- My suit still does not fit
I bought my suit in July and left the store with it in August there was plenty of time for you to look it over and make sure it was ready to be give away.

I was having a hard time finding my nephew a tux for prom. I’ve been to several different stores and couldn’t find what we were looking for. I went to Luxmen and had the best experience ever. They understood what his style was and my nephew didn’t even have to look for anything he stood there while Geno and the other Gentleman provided him with everything he needed from suit, shoes, shirt, bow tie, vest, and the style that my nephew had explained to them. They fitted him and gave him the suit to dress in style! Thanks guys I highly recommend this store and we will definitely be back next year!!! Great Customer Service!!

I’m not sure how this place has such great reviews. They treat you as a number walking in, they don’t listen to concerns or requests that you make for alterations. (We know this because they didn’t do any of the alterations we requested and paid for. They also forgot to alter my husbands suit pants altogether.) It’s very obvious the people working here just want your money. Will never recommend.
