Michelle was absolutely fantastic. She was helping a handful of customers at once, but made each of us feel as if we were her only customers. She gave me great advice on the length of my pants and arm sleeves. Overall great experience!

Initial service was mediocre. Moving forward a month later. I inquired about the suit to see if it was ready. I never got a call it was ready. Had to call the store to see if it was ready. They had it. So strike one. Asked in store when I got it if Monday return was okay. 95% positive I got told by an associate no problem. Returned my suit after a Saturday wedding on Monday. Got slapped with a $20 late fee. Strike two. I will say they tried to kindly only charge me $10 dollars. Could not figure out the system. Ended up paying $20. Long story short I will be reading the fine print with a magnifying glass next time and using another store.

I stopped into the Joseph Banks in southlake. I was in need of a sport coat and dress shirt for a big presentation I am giving next week. I have never worn a sport coat and had no idea about size or color I should wear. Martin the sales associate approached me and asked what I was looking for. He measured me made some suggestions and was so helpful. He eased my anxiety as to what to buy. He also gave me some helpful tips as to how to rock my new look. Martin I really appreciate you helping me. Joseph Banks you have yourself a good employee who represents you well. Customer Service is alive and rocking at Joseph A Banks. They got it figured out.

Called the store politely asking if they had any black bow ties available for a wedding I had on the same night. He said they could order one, but I mentioned the wedding was tonight and was wondering if there were any in the store. I was weirdly hung up on and it was definitely on purpose

Went in today looking for a white button down shirt for my husband for a wedding. Was immediately greeted by a lovely sales girl, who right away offered to measure him and unpinned a shirt for try on. We left very happy with the perfect fit ?

We walked in and were immediately greeted by the very friendly associates. Nice little Jos A. Bank store. For being a smaller location, they still had a nice selection.

Horrible service with alterations. When I picked up the suit one sleeve was shorter than the other and the pants were hemmed about 5 inches too long.
Whe I returned today to pick up the suit the pants were hemmed at least 3 inches too short. They charge about $80 for this horrible service.
