The service at J. Robert’s was amazing. Dylan made everything so simple/easy from picking out the design to the color to measuring a wiggly 2.5 year old. We couldn’t have been more happy with the groom and ring bearer tux. We 100% recommend J. Robert’s and we are so glad we used them for our special day.

We brought our son to be fitted for a tuxedo for prom and were met by a lovely man who was most accommodating. He was warm and helpful while our son picked out his tux. He took his time taking exact measurements and made sure every detail was covered. When we picked up and tried on the tux it fit perfectly! Our experience was lovely from beginning to end! Having such professionals in our local area is so convenient to assist with special events. We highly recommend this establishment!

After going to the big box stores we were very happy to have such personal service from Kyle. He even helped my husband pick out just the right shirt and tie. We were also surprised how quickly the jacket came in after we ordered it. Highly recommend the drive from Madison to have such a great experience.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience!! EXTREMELY rude staff (especially the owner) and horrible at sizing. We had 4 people in the wedding party who had been sized wrong and had issues AT the wedding. The worker kept saying everything was adjustable when things were really just the wrong size and didn’t fit right. The groom ended up having to wear completely different pants last minute because they told him it looked fine and could be adjusted and they did NOT and were way too big. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.

As a local to the area, I must say, this place is absolutely the best in men’s wear and men’s wear rentals! It has everything one could need, for just about any event. The selection is vast and varied but the quality is incredibly consistent. The staff are wonderful, very knowledgeable and very patient. Always willing to answer questions about items available, and always willing to accommodate requests. As someone who greatly appreciates the fact that I don’t have to make the long and tedious drive to either Milwaukee, Rockford, or some other regional area of commerce to get good suits and/or tuxedos, I cannot recommend this place enough! Support local, support small businesses! They are vital to maintaining the integrity of our area and these small rural communities. 100/100 stars?

Best customer service ever!!!! Kyle we t above and beyond to accommodate my son’s desired look for prom. He compiled a three piece suit from two stores and hemmed them to size in a matter of hours. This was said to be the impossible and he delivered. Thank you for making his night a success and not shaming me for being unprepared for the occasion. Will definitely recommend to anyone I know.
