Again! you stole Costco pictures, and as your own. Then sent out counterfeit fake jewelry!

BEWARE: These are not diamonds and no paperwork included, (of course) because the ring had no diamonds. First class scammers,
False advertising and products.

I received a ring that looks nothing to what they advertise online or the specifications/quality..

The "diamonds" were white and cloudy, there is no way these were diamonds at all. they looked worse than zirconias. so if you bought a ring, make sure you double check that its an actual diamond, not some clear rock or glass. they will take your money, and then blame you. Gaslighting

UPDATE: After reporting them to my credit card, they in turn reported me back as potential 'fraud.

when I purchased my ring (later) at Costco, the ring looks IDENTICAL to their picture. and the quality is AMAZING. Clean Diamonds that shine!! Backed by a real store.

BEWARE and if you do buy? Get an appraisal asap

We had a great experience with them, there was a mix up on the shipping which they addressed and took care right away. They took a little more than 2 weeks to ship but it was well worth it. We saved about $650 and the eternity wedding band looks AMAZING!!! I originally wanted to give them 4 star but their customer service and my new wedding band looks too great. Purchased diamonds earrings from Gina Amir and couldn’t be any happier!! The earrings on the pictures did not do them justice! They are so gorgeous in person and sparkle so much! They used high quality diamonds and it shows! Their customer service and communication during the whole process was excellent as well! And excellent value as well! Beware, ordered a diamond ring with overnight shipping. Have been trying to reach Gina for 5 days as my card has been charged but have received no communication or tracking information. Have called daily, emailed, texted.. nothing. Looked on yelp and numerous people have experienced the same scam. In the middle of a dispute with credit card but since the value is over 5k it will take longer than normal for the dispute process. Do not order from here. Order #154 in case they respond that there is no record of my order.

I feel the need to write this review to let people know about this company and their service.

I had a real struggle with an older bracelet do to the wear and tear and age of it, it would fall off my wrist often. And needed fixing and repair often. I was very afraid of loosing it and had bad experiences with previous jewelry stores. They would charge high prices for solders parts and repair and I'd be left going back after just a few days of wearing it.

Anyone who reads this please, don't go no other place and trust no other than Gina Amir and her incredible staff!

It's been 8 months since I got my father's bracelet soldered and fixed there. I wear it every day. Not only did I get great service there, I also realized that I was charged for parts and labor much less than at the previous places I went to.

Very knowledgeable staff and great work ethic. Always so patient with me. Please support this great company.

Highly Recommend great service and prices! I stopped by Gina's show room to pick up something for my girlfriends birthday. It was very last minute, her birthday was that day. I I ended up finding exactly what I wanted in terms of price and quality. Alexis the young lady who assisted me was very patient as I looked and touched all the jewelry within my price range. My girlfriend loved her new necklace and the diamonds looked exceptional. I will definitely be dropping by in the future for any of my jewelry purchases. Thanks Alexis and Gina!

Beware: do not bring your jewelry here for repair or re-design. You won't get your jewelry back! Warning! I have been truing to get my jewelry (earrings, necklace and rings) back since January and am still waiting! My jewelry was left with them back in September, 2020! I have been patient due to Covid but there are no longer any excuses for the lack of communication and failure to return phone calls and text messages regarding my jewelry. I received some texts over these 6 months saying my items are ready, but there is NO follow up whatsoever regarding appointment times/dates and the store is only open by appointment. I am now worried that my diamond jewelry may have been sold. I did not want to post a bad review (as I have been their customer for over 5 years) but I want to prevent other customers from experiencing what I am experiencing. I hope that by posting this honest review, I will get my jewelry back without needing to take legal action. The business per its website seems to be busy and successful (good reviews) in selling/shipping diamond jewelry but is unreliable and nonresponsive to its customers whose jewelry is in their possession and control. Gina Amir Atelier fails to communicate with you once they have your diamond jewelry.
