I came into Femme Fresno extremely stressed out trying to find a replacement bridesmaid dress, as the dress that had been ordered online didn't fit. I was feeling a bit frazzled and anxious because the wedding was only 2 weeks away at that point. The ladies were so helpful and kind. They really put me at ease and their top notch customer service was much appreciated! They helped me find the dress I needed and in the perfect color to match the other bridesmaids dresses. They also did all of the alterations in-house, saving me a lot time. Thank you ladies for making the process as painless as possible! I truly appreciate you both!

Wonderful customer service from a very knowledgeable young lady who was also bilingual. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for in such short notice as the wedding is this weekend, I was worried I wouldn’t find a dress. Sarahi was very pleasant and patient with me and even helped me with arrangements in altering my dress within a few days. The dress is beautiful and the cost was not as much as I thought by the quality of it. I definitely recommend Femme Fresno for that very special occasion.

I had took my dress here to get it altered because it was too big and too long (dress was bought online from a different shop) The ladies that help me were all nice, although i did have to come in two extra times because the alterations were still too big and because the dress ended up have one big and one small stain in the front that weren’t originally there, thankfully they did end up getting the stains out but my dress ended up being to tight in the chest area in the end (the lady who took measurements was nice but she acted very much in a rush and didn’t take any extra time to get exact measurements) i tried to keep in mind that they seemed busy with orders but it was very stressful on my end given the fact of the dress having been a bridesmaid dress that the wedding was on that very next week. But to end on a good note none of the ladies that helped me were ever rude.
