My second visit to ATE Colchester and again Andrew and George pulled it out of the hat, they turned what in my eyes was a daunting task (trailer breaks from hitch to hub) into a Janet and John exercise. The lads on the trade counter were so helpful nursed me through the whole process of fitting all units with useful tips on what to look for and avoid breaking bits that could cost to put right.
Highly recommend talking to these guys at ATE for all trailer info.

ATE is undoubtedly provide the BEST customer support I have experienced. Very helpful, cheerful and polite staff on the telephone were able to determine that my MasterCard would not work with their SAGE PAY system and enabled a telephone purchase without question. Goods arrived within 24 hours with no priority request or payment. Very impressive!

Good range of trailer accessories and spares, helpful staff and order arrived on time.
I would like a bit more information on each item on the website e.g. the U bolts I ordered came with nuts and washers but this was not mentioned in the description, it would be helpful if a diagram showing the dimensions was included in the description

Ordering online is simple and delivery good.
How ever, the original manufactures part numbers are not always used and getting the correct part can be a little hit and miss. Return parts have a handling charge of 20% plus carriage cost to return, so not so good in some ways.
