Incredible service, impeccable product. This was my first custom suit ever, and I couldn’t be happier. Custom suits aren’t cheap, so I was hesitant at first but Jaime was so accommodating, helpful, and listened to what was important to me. I knew my money was going to be well spent here.

Turnaround time was pretty fast, about 2 or 3 weeks after I placed my order during my first appointment. When it arrived, Jaime noted a few adjustments to make, and a week later I picked up my suit and it was flawless.

The suit fit exactly how I wanted, and the look was so damned good! Not to mention incredibly comfortable. Overall in love with it, and received quite a few compliments on it after wearing it just once! It’s not often I felt as handsome as I did wearing my Hall Madden suit. Worth every penny.

From start to finish, Jaime guided me through the process and made me feel valued and appreciated. Can't wait to get my wedding suit next!

Company is a joke. They delayed my wedding suit 2 times and then the final product was absolutely trash.

They are not bespoke either - the person who measures you up puts on a template suit and then adjusts it that way.

They ruined my wedding suit and have no accountability. They are also adjusting their reviews on Google - no one who has bought a suit before would find this place worth its value.

First two pictures are the suit they made:
- wrong materials
- wrong fit
- wrong density

Second two pictures are my suit I had to get last minute from suit supply and they absolutely crushed it.

Trust me do not go here.

They did refund me my $2,500 but the experience not worth it - so much inefficiency and just poor business practices

Jaime is a great employee, very kind and helpful - attentive to make sure the customer leaves happy and with exactly what they’d envisioned. Just got my second suit from the company and it seems just as high quality as the first! The first one has held up great over a few years of travel and usage. Would recommend this showroom and the company in general. Their lords of wool line is something very much to be considered too.

Hall Madden is my go to business for custom Suits, sport coats and dress shirts. I work with McGregor, Jaime and Richard in a regular basis to come up with ideas for my next garment and they help me get the perfect fit for each outfit. I love their Loro Piana fabric books for my custom Sport Coats and always get comments on them when I’m wearing them out for a formal party or just a casual dinner in the weekend. My wife loves the brand as well and has even given the Hall Madden gift cards as corporate gifts.

I definitely recommend Hall Madden if you’re looking to make an upgrade to the suits in your wardrobe. Getting to custom build a suit from scratch was a cool experience and worth the price considering the fabrics used and quality of tailoring. Jaime took his time to understand and suggest colors, patterns, and styles that would fit what I was looking for. The entire process from 1st meeting to taking the suit home took about a month. After receiving the suit, Jaime made sure to add final touches so it was truly a perfect fit. I knew what I would be receiving from start to finish and it turned out great. Needless to say, it is the best fitting suit I’ve ever had.

I used Hall Madden for my wedding and cannot recommend Jaime enough. When I went in I was a little skeptical, as I knew some of these made to measure shops try to just churn everyone out in whatever style/cut is trendy at the moment. That couldn't have been further from what ended up happening.

Walking into the Brentwood location, I sat down with Jaime and discussed exactly what I wanted: a white dinner jacket with peak lapels and a British cut as opposed to Italian or American. I showed him a couple pictures from movies of what I wanted to emulate, and Jaime totally understood the end goal. He walked me through the process and talked to me about how he'd measure shoulders/lats/arms/etc. to achieve the exact look and cut I wanted. He then showed me a really comprehensive fabric book of all the different materials that they offered for the jacket, and helped me narrow it down to exactly what I wanted (something that was light, but didn't look shiny.)

The order process was seamless and I went back to make a couple small adjustments at the follow up fitting (although it was 98% of the way there the first time.) The product ultimately ended up exactly how I wanted and looked perfect for the wedding day. I'll definitely be going back to Jaime soon to get another black tux jacket (since white at other people's wedding is a big no) and he'll be top of list for any of my other made to measure purchases!

I absolutely loved the tuxedo Hall Madden created for my wedding! I came into the initial consultation with a specific classic look in mind and Hall Madden delivered and then some! To increase the pressure on the team, I also had a tight one-month turnaround timetable. They executed with a white dinner coat, tux combination that matched my vision and delivered it earlier than expected. Jaime and team made a potentially stressful exercise of examining colors, styles, cuts and materials appear seamless (pardon the pun). They stressed the details in construction, as well as the overall shopping experience. Everything from Jaime's curated playlist during consultation to my final fitting was intentional and enjoyable. Believe me, planning a wedding within 2 months you truly appreciate the effortless items on your ever growing to-do list.

In conclusion, I love my tux and feverishly looking for another reason to wear it. As you can see from some of the reactions in the background of my photos, the suit was a hit! I received so many compliments. I loved the detail within the suit, the accents, its movement...basically everything. It was comfortable and well-constructed. I didn't even overheat in the dinner jacket in the tropical environment! This was my first custom-made suit and I can honestly say it would be hard to return to off-the-rack after this experience. Job well done!
