I had a wonderful time shopping at Vivienne Atelier! My consultant, Annabelle, was absolutely outstanding to work with. This was only my second ever bridal appointment and after my first one at a different shop, where I didn’t have the best experience, I really wasn’t sure what to expect going forward. However, when I arrived to Vivienne Atelier & began working with Annabelle, my experience was completely turned around!

1. Their selection is MASSIVE. It was so fun to just walk around and look at everything. They also let my girls walk around with me and pick out dresses, which wasn’t allowed at the first place I went & made the experience so much more fun!
2. Annabelle made me so comfortable during the try-on process. She was patient, communicative, encouraging, and very knowledgeable about the materials, dress types, designers, possible alterations, etc.
3. They had a massive floor length mirror basked in natural light by the window which was a great touch, because it’s so much easier to get a feel for the dresses in natural light vs typical ceiling fluorescents (which you probably won’t be under much during your wedding)

My guests and I all had an amazing time and left on such a high! I found a dress I love, and although I plan to continue shopping, I expect to come back ?

Vivienne Atelier was amazing! I worked with Miriam and she was so great at knowing exactly what I was thinking and envisioning. She has a great eye for detail and can get a quick handle and understanding on what worked and what didn’t. I loved the opportunity to browse the entire collection with my family before we started trying on so that everyone was included! She also KNOWS how accessorize PERFECTLY. Her grasp of the store and its inventory is impeccable and makes for such an easy, fun, and memorable experience!

Chelsea and the team at Vivienne Atelier were absolutely fantastic!! I flew down from California to try on the dresses at their Dallas boutique and it was the most amazing experience we’ve had dress shopping! They were kind, patient and so gracious! From providing drinks and champagne to offering snacks to my famished bridesmaids (we came straight from the airport). I can’t say enough good things about Chelsea or Vivienne’s! The dresses, the people, the beautifully decorated boutique…everything was just chefs kiss!

I worked with Miriam and she couldn’t have been any more amazing!! Upon arrival she was quick to get to me know and the family and friends I brought along with me. One thing I appreciated was how much Miriam adored my friends and family, it seemed like she couldn’t get enough of them! We did a pretty quick consultation, she went to pick out some dresses, and encouraged me and everyone else to browse and grab what we liked. I tried on about 9 dresses in total, and left LOVING two of them. I went to one other bridal salon and found a dress I loved equally. Ultimately I came back to Vivienne and said YES to my dress. I’m so excited and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Miriam and the salon!

She was very informative and did such a wonderful job making me and my family feel welcomed. She immediately got to know me and what I was looking for. 🙂

I found this place by accident on google hoping to find a dress for my elopement in two months, and they went above and beyond! It was the most relaxing and fun experience! I gave them a few details about what I was interested in, and within 5 minutes I had 6 dresses to try on. ALL IN MY PRICE RANGE TOO! It took me maybe an hour to find my dream dress. The entire visit was truly the best and easiest I could’ve imagined. The staff was absolutely amazing. I never leave reviews unless I 100% back up a business, and this is one you don’t want to miss out on while wedding dress shopping!

This place was such a vibe! Not only did the bridal shop have beautiful, elegant decor, but the staff was amazing! We had the pleasure of having Destiny assist us, and she was AMAZING! She clicked with my crew and was extremely helpful. She gave me tips, hyped me up, and gave me her realistic opinion. We visited 2 other near by locations prior to this one, but honestly Destiny made us feel completely comfortable! I showed destiny my Pinterest inspo, she asked all the right questions, and grabbed dresses for me. She was very observant to notice the ones I had my eyes on, and she picked out dresses way better than my picks. I ended up buying one she picked out for me. This placed and Destiny was perfect. 100% recommend!

Update 3/27. I had called in late February and asked if they steamed wedding dresses purchased from there and was informed they did. Staff asked me to take the dress two days before my wedding, which is 3/30 and would be happy to help at no cost, since I was their customer. I called today and now they are telling me they don’t do it after the dress leaves the store. I was told “it must of been the previous manager who gave you that information but we cleaned the house, and have whole new staff since then” and did not steamed dresses. I asked if I could be referred somewhere and whoever I spoke with told me “I am not from here and you could google it.” As a bride getting married in two days I was livid and now had to scramble to find a location, since not all dry cleaners did it. I was actually informed by the alteration place Vivienne bridal referred me to that Vivienne bridal will steam my dress which is why I had called and confirmed ahead of time that they did.
