I've seen Frances a couple of times now and I adore her work! She really listens and can intuit exactly what you want and execute perfectly. You know it's a good haircut when you can't stop running your fingers through it and you love catching your reflection that day! I got a much shorter cut this time and I feel so freeeee! Side note, some days I feel a little introverted or just low key but it's not an issue because she's super nice and calm and it doesn't feel like we have to talk every single second which would make me anxious. I also have scalp issues about which I can feel a little self-conscious but I feel comfortable with her. It's just a relaxed experience! I'm happy I can trust her with big changes and it always turning out so well. Like a hair version of All State, you're in good hands with Frances! 🙂

It was my first time ever at Atelier Salon and loved every second of it. From the moment I opened the door the customer service started. The hairstylist that helped me was Esthela. She had great attitude and gave me some recommendations as to what would best suit me. I LOVED IT. I loved how the finished look made me look and it suited me so well all thanks to her. She was very gentle and caring with my fragile hair and even recommended some products I should use to strengthen it. Overall, she made my first time experience be great. I would definitely come back to the salon just for her to work on me again. 10/10 Rating

Atelier has been my go-to salon for over a decade and it never disappoints!

Anna has been my stylist since day one and I’ve only had great experiences with her - she takes time to listen to my requests and offers suggestions as well. She recently took ownership of the salon has given it some upgrades that have really enhanced the space and upped its luxury factor. Plus, the location is great because after my appointment, I get to walk down fancy Santana Row with an expensive latte in my hand and my fresh blowout flowing in the wind. Perfect.

Atelier uses Aveda products and has a great selection of their stuff up front for sale. Over time, I have noticed that my bathroom drawer has become filled exclusively with their plant-based, aromatic products. My transformation to “product snob” is complete.

Highly recommend Atelier for all your hair-related needs, especially when you need a little pampering. Ask for Anna!

I recently visited Atelier Salon for a blow-dry and style, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The stylist seemed very amateur, lacking the skill and confidence you’d expect from a professional. The blow-dry was uneven, and the styling was poorly done, leaving my hair looking flat and lifeless. It was clear that attention to detail was lacking, and the result was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this salon for anyone looking for quality hair styling services.

We did balayage and haircut here. They were good but what really impressed me is that after leaving we noticed that the bangs were not as expected and went back and the owner listened to everything we had to say, and cut the bangs exactly the way we wanted, herself. We were blown away by the way the bangs looked after that. She was absolutely wonderful. Thank you.

Freyja did my hair; She was super nice and honest with any questions I had. Everyone there was actually super amazing and friendly. Great place to go.
I also am very satisfied with how my hair turned out for my first session of getting my hair highlighted, I will be coming back!

After a heartbreaking first appointment to remove red color from my hair I am incredibly happy to write about the compassionate staff at this salon. Manager Robs incredible dedication and passion for his work field and staff is truly inspiring. Rob took the time to listen to my story and really hear me when I explained what upset me about my first appointment. Rob explained to me in beautiful detail the process of removing hair color including the chemistry that happens. He worked with me to get another appointment and stylist Anna was absolutely amazing. She had great communication skills, always explaining to me what her plan was and what she was doing and checking in with me. She was kind, patient, caring and understanding… just like manager Rob. I highly recommend researching what you want done, getting a consultation with your stylist to discuss all the details including realistic expectations, approximate appointment time, and price! Thank you so much Rob and Anna, your kindness will forever stand out to me.

1 star Review after 1st appt:
Top dollar for basic service. Incredibly disappointed and a waste of 700$ (ridiculous pricing and didn’t get a haircut because it was an extra 90$, also ridiculous). I came to this salon from an hour away to get color correction specifically because I saw online they specialized in color correction and I really needed a specialist. I sent an email with the multitude of colors I’d had in my hair for the last 2 years, the last color being red for the past 5 months. Red is incredibly hard to get out, I said this from the beginning. The stylist Cady (super sweet and professional) was confident she could get it out, it would have been better if she had just said she couldn’t do it. She only attempted to color remove once before putting on a darker brown to try and cover it up which did not work and the red is definitely still showing through. This was also the slowest I’ve ever had color removed and then applied. I will not ever be coming back to this over priced studio and highly recommend others look else where. I now have to wait months to save up enough money to go somewhere else to fix this.

Very friendly customer service. Stylist Nicolle was thorough and concise and explained process on how to achieve goal of getting the look I wanted. She confirmed that I liked the thickness and placement of bangs before cutting it shorter to a length I was comfortable with.
