I cannot explain how amazing Roxy is!

The Bridal Atelier was the second shop I went into on the first day I was wedding dress shopping so I was nervous and Roxy immediately put me at ease by being so incredibly lovely and friendly.

I found my dress after trying a few on and I didn’t feel pressured at any point to buy anything and I know I could have left and come back if I wanted to.

She was incredible at communication throughout the process of waiting for the dress to be delivered and every time I saw her for an alteration, it felt like seeing a friend.

My dress was gorgeous and I felt so beautiful on the day.

Roxy was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I came in to try on dresses last June and after trying on a few different ones, Roxy suggested one that she thought would suit me and the wedding venue which was perfect!

Every time I came in (either for measurements for alterations or just to try on the dress) Roxy was so lovely, friendly and helpful.

The alterations she made to the dress were great and it fit like a dream when we got married in May!

I genuinely couldn't have asked for more. Roxy is the most incredible kind hearted person, and a truly wonderful atelier!

From the moment I walked into the shop, Roxy put me at ease, and created such a special experience. I bought the very first dress I tried on, it was true love at first try!

Roxy then made a bespoke veil to match the lace on my dress, which totally made the look. Nothing was to much to ask, and from every fitting through to collection, I felt 100% cared for.

I had the most amazing experience with Roxy. She’s a super dedicated, professional, you definitely feel at ease and in very good hands with her. Also, the brilliant thing is, she’s not only the owner of the Atelier, but also a seamstress- so all alterations were done by her. E.g. I wanted to add a bow to my chosen dress which was not part of the original design - Roxy did that with no issue. My wedding was abroad, so my biggest worry was transporting the dress, but Roxy was so reassuring and bubble wrapped my dress in a small carry on, I just needed to steam it a little before the big day. I would 1000% recommend Roxy, her dresses are gorgeous and she’s so accommodating with what you want, giving the time and space also for you to enjoy this special moment.

I can’t recommend Roxy enough. She is a beautiful soul and very talented at her job.
I feel so lucky to have come across her as she did the most amazing job. I had a very complicated dress for her as it had so many layers plus 3D flowers all around. The dress had to be shortened and it was not an easy job but Roxy made it all happen and the dress looked even more stunning after that. Roxy is the most kind and lovely lady you can ever meet.
