Oh man, what else can I say. There's nothing like sticky carpet and PBR kegs! The Tuesday night karaoke is great. (Insider tip) They use the same wristband every week so I just leave mine on. Our daughter went to all 4 proms in high school! Thank God for this store! Prices were not to crazy either! I was expecting to pay $500 -$1000 for a dress. Not the case!

I have bought several dresses in the last couple of years here. I walked in and told them what I was looking for and they came back with a handful of dresses. I felt like the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and they knew what they had in stock. They were able to help me find a flattering dress that looked great. I've been happy with my purchases. It shocks me to see the one star reviews because my experience was great and I walked out feeling happy and excited about my new dress.

Awful customer service. My wedding dress no longer fit due to medical reasons and Nancy said all they could do was make it a corset back. That's not the style of dress I wanted or paid for. I began to tear up since this is something that's difficult for me, and the owner called me irrational and told me to leave. Terrible business with terrible owners. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR TIME, BUSINESS, OR MONEY.

Wow. Look at the negative reviews and DONT GO. Way over priced. Rude. Crowed. Doesn't keep records and lies. My daughter and her friend went. She had several dresses to try on. Dont say you like something out loud. They get rude and pushy and put up your other dresses and pressure you to buy the one you said you liked. This MOM HERE WASN'T IN ON THIS and they (the owner) pressured my daughter to put money down on a dress that was way too expensive and not right for her. When asked if we could use the credit in the store as she was not buying that dress she said yes then lied and said she had no record of her holding a dress. She also didn't give her a receipt. She took her name and said she would check ID when she came back. Free money. Just don't go. Maybe if people stop shopping here she will finally close and stop taking advantage of people and go get a job.

Wonderful experience! Best customer service ever. Offered drinks and snacks as well. Bought my prom dress here and 20 years later brought my daughter in to get her first prom dress!!!
