I am writing on behalf of my business partner, BLVCKSHEEP. We placed an order back in July 2022 for t-shirts to be printed and we STILL have yet to receive a refund or product. We were told in November that it would take 28 days to receive the refund and it has now been 55 days. We have tried to call the number listed on the website, but it goes straight to voicemail. We have emailed with no prevail. This is over $900 spent that we have not been refunded. This is extremely unprofessional and ridiculous that there is no way to get in contact with the company.

Highly recommend working with these folks and using their web design app on their website to order your pieces. Saves so much time using the app on their site and Olivia and Sativa make the whole process so easy and the quality they produce will set you apart from the competition. These are genuinely dope individuals and just good people, and their work speaks for itself. You want quality, then you need to visit the Atelier House. Shout out to Jye for recommending me. Great service and quality and finished the work in timely matter. Very professional and I also liked the location and setup. I Worked with Olivia who was very welcome and always responded in timely matter and made sure I was up to date and knew exactly what was going on in the process. Definitely recommend!
