Came in looking for a dress blazer/jacket. Was helped by a great member of the team called Carl. Found something that matched perfectly and they had it in the right size (Many run of the mill shops seem to stop at 46/48” chest where I needed a 52.
Carl was helpful from start to finish and I even treated myself to a great new suit as well. The prices were very reasonable and they had a great selection.
Would highly recommend.

We visited the shop today to find a suit for my graduation and were very impressed with the range of suits on offer. The staff were all friendly and helpful, but Nathan in particular was really helpful. He helped us to find the suit we’d seen advertised at the front of the shop, as well as another one we liked, and found us the sizes we needed. When those sizes weren’t right, he said he could order the right size to be delivered to the house in about 3 days. Nothing was too much trouble at all. It was a great experience from start to finish and the staff here really are all so friendly, approachable and helpful. Thank you.

2 Days before my sister's wedding, I came here (panicking) and the staff were great. Special thanks to Cameron and Lucy, who found me a suit, a matching tie and all the bells and whistles that go with it. They really went the extra mile - in fact all the staff were extremely friendly. Good prices. Would recommend this shop.

I was in here yesterday with my son to buy a suit for his prom. The staff were all lovely but especially Daryl! He was friendly, approachable, really helpful and nothing was too much trouble, he went above and beyond and made a point of talking to my son and including him rather than just too me the parent. The jacket was ordered online as they had none for slim fit in store, we paid for next day delivery expecting it on Tuesday (as it was Sunday when we were in store) but it's arrived today! Fast service. Definitely will go again if we ever need a suit for anything else.

We went to Suit direct at Cheshire Oaks. Trying to get a suit for our daughter for her prom. It was difficult to get a suit she liked that fitted as she’s very slight. We were served by Alex, who was outstanding. He was calm & patient. Alex showed Amelia to the side of the changing rooms that were not being used & said no one else would come to that side for now. Our daughter is very anxious, so this helped massively as she really didn’t want to try anything on to start with.
Alex sorted the order online to get the correct size & colour.
We were told 3-5days, but it was delivered the next day.
I really can’t praise the company or Alex enough, to see our daughter comfortable & smiling meant everything to us ? Thank you.

My Husband was looking for a suit to our son’s wedding in July. The service we received was amazing. From the minute we walked in we were asked how we are and if we needed any help .We did not feel pressured at all. They brought in suite after suit for my husband to try on with shirt and ties to match. They got different sizes and offered lots of advise. We needed small
Length in jacket and trousers but they were not available in store . This was not a problem as Nathan said he could order it online to arrive
at our home in about 4 days. The suit arrived the next day and looks and fits amazing on my husband. We honestly could not be any happier with the service and quality of the suit . Thank you so much Nathan and the rest of the team who were all very pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Very personal service . We will be back again you have made us very happy Brilliant service

DISAPPOINTED!

This company is refusing to give me a refund on the basis that they haven't received the items I have returned... Using the packing label THEY provided. I even emailed them shortly after posting to explain that I'd not included my invoice in the box and so I sent them a copy of the invoice, packing label and receipt from the collection shop with the tracking number on.

After many emails back and forth, they still haven't worked out where my return is and to add insult to injury they've now accused me of not returning the items - so essentially called me a thief!!!! And my emails are no longer being replied to!

Shocking, considering I have 4 suits from them on my wardrobe and would have called myself a very loyal customer. Anytime anyone asks about my suits I recommend suits direct. NOT ANYMORE! I feel like a fool and I will NEVER buy my suits from this company again!

As a school teacher, I get through lots of suits and don't just need them for weddings and funerals - surely the kind of customer a place like this would want to keep.

What a bitter taste I'm left with.
