So my beloved wanted me to check out Robert Graham in person because of the shirt she had gotten me for Christmas was a little bit tight. So we went to the store and I have to tell you as someone who went to FIT (Fashion Institute of Technology) studied fashion design and also had his colors done professionally when I was in advertising and shot with some of the famous photographers like David Lachapell, David Leach and others, and worked on some of the great brands, I think I have a good sense of what looks good and how it’s designed and flows. I’m mentioning this because there were a lot of great things in this store. However, I’m writing this review not only because they accommodated in exchanging something, but that customer service prompted me to buy a lot more than I intended to. The manager Scott, along with Cliff truly made me a customer for life; and I’ll be coming to them time and time again.

I give 2 stars because I ordered a shirt a long time ago and it was supposed to arrive in my country in Italy but apart from the shipping costs that came 40€ I also had to pay something that was not told to me by the company the customs fees that cost me 60€ more, I must say the customer service is good because by e-mail they always replied So the customer service is good and were available but for all those who order with "international" be careful

My first purchase from this brand and the experience was awesome. Loved their soprano loafers and went to the NYC store. My size wasn't available and I wanted the loafer to be shipped asap as I was flying out soon.
The entire experience was top notch. They way they interacted with me at the store. They phone calls we had during the process. Very warm conversations with the staff eager to help me out. They went out of the way to ensure my order is shipped within a day. Got the loafers in 2 days.
Shout out to Keira (hope I am mentioning the correct name), Jay, and Cliff. You all were amazing. Appreciate all the support and the amazing service.

Disposable products, zero customer support. Be warned when buying their products as they can't last past 1 year of minimal use. I've had $50 pair of glasses last 6 plus years, these so called "fashion" , high quality glasses lasted 7 months, worn on the weekends only.
They should be sold at Walmart or given away at raffles.

Huge thank you to the store manager Scott Redden in Columbus Square NYC store. He is a true asset to the store. He went above and beyond to help me with my online order that was not the correct size. His timely fashion to get back to me is obviously why he is running this store and I can't say enough about him Thanks again Scott you're the best!!

I did have a return that I sent emails to the return email as instructed. It was 10 days and 4 emails and I herd nothing. I called the New York location just by chance. Talked to A gentleman by the name of Cliff. I explained my problem. He said no worries he would take care of it. He emailed me a return tag. I returned what I needed and he sent me the right item which I couldn't be happier with. No company on earth has perfect days. Thank you cliff for taking care of me.

HI GUYS! I placed an order for 7 shirts 10 days ago, but no one has contacted me yet. Is this normal practice for you?
