This place is extremely busy, but front worker is amazing. She gives everyone time to tell her what they need and she gives her honest opinion. They are very fast and can do same day service, if needed. Highly recommend this alteration shop.

Can’t recommend A3 Alterations enough! I took my wedding dress in to have, straps added, lace added and a couple inches added to the corset. The final fit & look was perfect & I love it so much!! Thank you ladies, you made my wedding dress absolutely perfect!

This was my first time using this shop. We were pressed for time trying to get a suit tailored and had issues getting the right jacket. She went out her way to pick up another suit for us as a courtesy after hours. She has a life customer in me just for the experience she provides. Such a genuine person. Hope she flourish!

Became extremely rude when I cancelled a rental order. I had a tux rental, which I paid a deposit for, that didn’t look good on me. Even with the changes she ordered, a regular suit looked better. I called to cancel and got a whole lecture about how I needed to pay for it even though I don’t want to rent it. I am okay with letting go of the deposit but to ask me to pay full price on top of that, for something that looks bad is mind blowing. On top of that, she went on to say this makes my ethnic people look bad because I cancelled an order. Deposits are placed for this type of situation. Completely out of touch.
