I normally love American eagle. I’m just mad about this one thing. They didn’t have my size in these cargos and so I ordered 2 pairs online at the store and the employee didn’t repeat the address to me so now I probably won’t get them ever. It would take one second just to repeat it to me but nope and now I will never get my package. So if you’re going to order at the store like I did, ask for them to repeat it because they don’t even try. The address they put in wasn’t even real.

Clothes are so expensive, but it's one of the few places that has a good variety of jeans and tops to choose from. Staff is friendly and willing to help when needed.

Came in to return item. Offered coinage to get just the dollar amount back and was told yeah...it's just really weird...we can't do that...I get that your cash drawer has a specific counting system but it doesn't matter if you have four quarters or a dollar. Yes, I know this is such a minimal thing to criticize but it just doesn't make sense. Dressing rooms are closed (understandable). Very clean store. Nice staff.

I went to get clothes for my brothers graduation, which they said they could hold for me until the next day when I would pick them up. They took my name, and I left the store. Complications arose and my friend went to pick them up for me. They couldn’t find my clothes with my name, and then they found some of them, like only a fourth of my stuff was there.

It was good. The employees were friendly and helpful. The clothes are the best. The only complaint I have is the prices are way to expensive and overpriced. Very over rated.

This is a nice place to shop for jeans and other items. They don't have a very big selection for things I am particular of and their prices can be high on some items.
