Después de una hora para ser atendido previa notificación que producto estaba yo buscando.No tenían conocimiento del inventario en la tienda para dicho producto.Larga espera para solo decirme que no tenian el producto.
After an hour to be attended to after notifying them what product I was looking for. They had no knowledge of the inventory in the store for said product. Long wait to only tell me that they did not have the product.

I was handed my new phone in a box in a bag yesterday, July 18, and was told to go find somewhere to connect it to wifi and the rest would be self-explanatory to set up the phone. I wasn’t offered any insurance on my new device and I ended up spending over an hour on the phone with Apple last night. trying to set it all up. I am still having issues. Really terrible customer service. The store wasn’t even busy. I was literally the only customer in the store and both clerks were sitting on their phones when I walked in.

After days of time consuming and frustrating website chats and telephone calls with T-Mobile representatives,,I did not receive the correct and consistent customer support properly complete device purchase orders, install/activate selected devices,and the corresponding service and protection plans for devices and services I had purchased or planning to purchase online.

As a final attempt to remain a customer, I contacted this T-Mobile store for an appointment.

Luckily, I had the lengthy onsite meeting with Carolina, a very friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable Customer service representative. She completed a thorough review of my account, the details of the above mentioned service situation, and the
JUMP program promotional offers available to me. With her assistance I received accurate promotional devices product and pricing, added items to my service and protection plans, and was assisted with the activation and the accessories installation for my new IPhone 15 and the IWatch. I am very pleased and grateful for Carolina excellent customer service and expertise. Please recognize Carolina's commitment to deliver superior customer service and for turning around a very negative customer experience into a positive one. customer service .
I will be happy to provide more feedback about my customer experience with this excellent customer service team member.

I don’t even know where to begin here. Basically apple replaced my phone Sunday morning 3/24/24 at galleria around 11am. They told me T-Mobile had to activate it with the e sim and told me where to go which was just up the stairs to the right. I got there around 11:15 and waited for their 12pm opening time, one other person is waiting at the time before me.

Fast forward to 12pm all the stores around t mobile are opening up and the line for t mobile has grown to about 14 people coming mostly from Apple Store.

-12:10PM

12:15pm people are starting to mumble their frustration as we’ve all been waiting for a while.
12:17PM here come 3 Tmobile employees up the escalator carrying bags of food which the two women clearly did not need more of. The male employee muttered as he saw us “oh no I’m finna tell these people they gotta wait”.

The fatter female (for lack of her name) took the lead as they approached us and said “we aren’t opening for 30 minutes. There’s a Tmobile store 5 minutes down the road, yall can go there unless you wanna wait” verbatim.

No one said anything because we all were sort of speechless and staring at her as she went inside with her over caloric meal and locked the door. Noticing everyone staring at her she made this wide eyed face as if to say “?WHAT?” And then turned and went to the back to enjoy her meal.

The level of unprofessionalism and manners here should be unacceptable alongside the tardiness of a business not opening in time so you can eat blows my mind. I’ve already written several emails to corporate as well as numerous phone calls to supervisors. I don’t know how these people still have a job here at this store. The amount of comfort they had with what they did suggests it wasn’t the first time. I’m sure if I scroll enough I’ll see another review similar.

I gave it about ten minutes to see if she would think about her actions and reconsider opening the store on time before I left and went to the Tmobile near me which has amazing service.
